What to do
We offer you professionally and technologically challenging projects in corporations as well as startups, from software and product development to strategic or architectural consulting. With us, you don’t just learn about the latest trends, but also apply them practically in projects. Furthermore, job titles at our company describe roles, but not hierarchy levels. We do not expect experienced consultants to take on a management role. Despite their professional experience, they may still code, design, plan or - depending on their focus - work on projects in other ways.
You can’t code? No problem.
The consultant role is multifaceted and is always designed according to the skills of the employee. We have people in this role with a business or project background, but also designers, developers and people with a UX background. And: For us, consulting does not mean traveling 5 days a week. On the contrary: working as a consultant and having a family is possible. In this blog post, three colleagues report that this does not have to be mutually exclusive and how it works for them.
