Agentic Engineering Accelerator Program
The Focus: Practical Application Over Theory
You learn agentic software development where it matters: in your current projects. Our consultants work embedded in your team 2–3 days per week, directly sharing their knowledge – from AI-assisted requirements engineering through architecture decisions to automated testing and operations.
Our goal: Build teams that can work independently with AI agents. Then we step back.
The Outcome
After the program, your team works independently with agentic methods throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You understand when and how to optimally deploy AI tools – while remaining independent of individual tool vendors or external consultants.
We come to leave – genuine enablement instead of lasting dependency.
Who Is This Program For?
The Accelerator Program is designed for development teams looking to establish agentic software development in practice. Ideal as a follow-up to our 3-day “Agentic Software Engineering” training – but also as a direct entry point for teams ready to dive in immediately.
What Your Team Will Learn
Requirements Engineering with AI
- Automatically generate user stories from interviews and meetings
- Analyze requirements and identify gaps
- Create prototypes in hours instead of weeks
AI-Assisted Architecture
- Derive system designs from requirements
- Evaluate architecture trade-offs with AI
- Assess technology stacks and generate recommendations
Agentic Implementation
- From copilots to true agentic programming with varying feedback loops
- Let AI agents implement entire features
- Understand and modernize legacy code
Automated Testing
- Automatically generate test suites (unit, integration, E2E)
- Find edge cases that humans overlook
- Synthetically generate test data
CI/CD with AI
- Generate pipeline configurations
- Implement self-healing pipelines
- Automatic security scans and fixes
Operations & Monitoring
- Root cause analysis with AI
- Log analysis and anomaly detection
- Automated incident management
How the Program Works
Phase 1: Assessment
Current-state analysis of development processes, vendor-agnostic tool evaluation, team selection, and definition of success metrics.
Phase 2: Enablement
Our consultants work embedded in the teams, coach 2–3 days per week, build internal champions, and spread best practices across teams.
Phase 3: Transition
Handoff to internal multipliers, documentation of best practices, and team “graduation.”
Flexible Entry
Start with one consultant and one team. After 4 weeks, you’ll know if it’s the right fit. Then you decide on next steps.

What You Get
The program is built on practical learning directly in your project context. Teams remain productive while adopting new methods, focusing on topics relevant to your specific challenges. The ultimate goal is independence: Your team develops its own expertise, free from dependence on us or any particular tool vendor.
How to Make the Program Succeed
The Accelerator Program reaches its full potential when:
- At least one committed development team is ready
- Management support for change is available
- Openness to new ways of working exists in the team
Unsure if it’s right for you? Let’s talk about it.
In a pilot project with a mid-sized software company, we supported a team over several months in establishing agentic software development within their ongoing project context.
Methodology:
- Pair and mob programming sessions
- Mini-workshops on specific topics
- Live demonstrations of agentic patterns in the customer stack
- Collaborative development of best practices and guidelines
- Integration of AI agents into existing workflows
The Result: An independently operating team with solid AI understanding, production-tested experience, and reusable best practices for other teams.
Direct Entry After Training
Completed our 3-day “Agentic Software Engineering” training? Now you know WHAT’S possible. In the Accelerator Program, we show you HOW to implement it in your projects.
The training provides the theoretical foundation – the Accelerator Program puts it into practice and makes your team sustainably capable.

RAG: Retrieval Augmented Generation – The Architecture of Reliable AI
In this primer, we systematically introduce the concepts and architecture of RAG. We cover both theoretical foundations and practical implementation aspects such as chunking, embedding, and vector databases. Additionally, we share our practical experience from real-world projects. This is designed for software architects and developers seeking a compact yet thorough introduction to the topic who want to evaluate the use of RAG in their own organization.

RAG: Retrieval-Augmented Generation – Die Architektur zuverlässiger KI
We’d love to assist you in your digitalization efforts from start to finish. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
