Was an diesem vermeintlichen Zitat alles falsch ist, das besprechen Lucas und Dr. Andreas Maier in dieser Folge zum Thema User Experience Design. Dabei gehen sie besonders auf das Konzept des Human-centered Designs ein und warum es essenziell ist, die Nutzer:innen in die Entwicklung von Software einzubeziehen. Außerdem: worin sich User Experience und Usability unterscheiden und wie Agilität und UX-Design zusammenpassen.

Lucas was a senior consultant at INNOQ until August 2023. He works on the architecture, conception, and implementation of web applications on the front and back end. He programs in Ruby and JavaScript and helps with technology decisions & the adoption of different NoSQL solutions. Lucas is one of the authors of the book “The Rails 7 Way”. You can hear his voice on the INNOQ podcast quite regularly. He does open source and community work (like organizing and teaching at the local CoderDojo).

Senior Consultant

Andreas Maier is a computational linguist and worked for 10 years as a software engineer in a research institute before he joined INNOQ. He focuses on the areas of requirements engineering, usability engineering, accessibility and user experience. Users are always at the centre of his activities. Therefore, in the context of his doctorate he dealt with the identification and specification of hedonic quality in user requirements.
