Bei INNOQ gibt es regelmäßig Firmenevents mit technischen Talks und Workshops. Damit aber nicht alle Events nur aus Frontalvorträgen bestehen, nutzen wir regelmäßig auch die Open-Space-Methode. Was dahinter steckt, welche Regeln man für eine erfolgreiche Open-Space-Veranstaltung beachten sollte und wieso diese Art von Events besonders motivierend ist, darüber hat sich Lucas Dohmen mit Joy Clark und Jörg Müller unterhalten.

Senior Consultant

Joy Heron is a senior consultant at INNOQ and develops web applications (both in the frontend and the backend). She loves functional programming and web security, and she also enjoys designing reusable web components and ensuring that the user experience is optimal.

Principal Consultant

Jörg Müller works as Principal Consultant at INNOQ. He is experienced in the software industry, with a 25+ years of work under his belt. His career spans consulting, crafting software products, and managing teams. His core expertise lies in software architecture and DevOps, and he uses this knowledge to guide startups and corporate ventures in building products and approaching the market. Beyond his work, Joerg is active in community building: he organizes and speaks at user groups and conferences.

Alumnus

Lucas was a senior consultant at INNOQ until August 2023. He works on the architecture, conception, and implementation of web applications on the front and back end. He programs in Ruby and JavaScript and helps with technology decisions & the adoption of different NoSQL solutions. Lucas is one of the authors of the book “The Rails 7 Way”. You can hear his voice on the INNOQ podcast quite regularly. He does open source and community work (like organizing and teaching at the local CoderDojo).
