Enabling Teams bilden einen der vier grundlegenden Teamtypen innerhalb des Frameworks von 'Team Topologies'. Über diesen Teamtyp sprechen Anja und Sven mit Michael, der kürzlich das dazugehörige Buch von Matthew Skelton und Manuel Pais ins Deutsche übersetzt hat. Es geht darum, was Enabling Teams auszeichnet, welche spezifischen Aufgaben sie innerhalb von Organisationen erfüllen können und auf welche Schlüsselkompetenzen es bei den Enablern besonders ankommt, um andere Teams im Erlernen und der Anwendung neuer Fähigkeiten zu unterstützen.

Senior Consultant

Anja Kammer is a Senior Consultant at INNOQ and supports companies on their journey to the cloud. In addition to providing advice on development processes and platforms, she develops cloud-native web applications in cross-functional teams. She is also an accredited trainer and co-curator for the iSAQB Advanced Level module CLOUDINFRA.

Fellow

Michael is a fellow at INNOQ. His current areas of expertise are Domain-driven Design, Team Topologies, socio-technical architectures and the transformation of IT delivery organizations towards collaboration and loosely coupled teams. Michael is the author of the book “Hands-on Domain-driven Design - by example” on Leanpub, the translator of the book Team Topologies to German for O’Reilly and a regular speaker at national and international conferences.

Senior Consultant

Sven Johann is Senior Consultant at INNOQ and has been involved in the modernization of medium and large Java applications for many years. He is an active participant in various workshops of the Software Engineering Institute (Managing Technical Debt) and the Leibnitz Zentrum für Informatik (Dagstuhl Seminar “Managing Technical Debt”). He is also Program Chair of GOTO Amsterdam and Show Host of Software Engineering Radio.
