Alumnus

Lucas was a senior consultant at INNOQ until August 2023. He works on the architecture, conception, and implementation of web applications on the front and back end. He programs in Ruby and JavaScript and helps with technology decisions & the adoption of different NoSQL solutions. Lucas is one of the authors of the book “The Rails 7 Way”. You can hear his voice on the INNOQ podcast quite regularly. He does open source and community work (like organizing and teaching at the local CoderDojo).

Isabel works as a consultant at INNOQ with a focus on backend development using Java. In addition, she has a strong passion for programming in Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, and Clojure. Her greatest interest lies in tackling challenging problems in an elegant manner.

Senior Consultant

Max is a Senior Consultant at INNOQ. His core areas are modularization in general and self-contained systems / microservices in particular, as well as domain driven design, RESTful web services, software development processes and pragmatic architecture documentation. He helps customers in projects to design and develop maintainable and value-adding software.

Consultant

Jan Seeger is a Consultant at INNOQ. He has several years of experience with software development in the commercial research sector. He is mainly active in the Java environment, and deals a lot with programming languages, their differences, and similarities.
