Shift Right: How business gaps move from modeling to review, acceptance, and production

Shift left says: find problems earlier. With coding agents, business gaps, perhaps surprsingly, do the opposite. The AI model bridges them silently while building, so they surface later: maybe in a code review, if we’re lucky. They sail through acceptance with a green check, and sometimes show up only in production. I 'will explain why we shouldn’t trust that green too much, and what it means for how business and development work together. A short talk with a few ideas for discussion.
