Susanne Pfeiffer

Senior Consultant

Susanne works as a Senior Consultant at INNOQ. After her degree in mathematics at the University of Bonn, she has worked in software development for 25 years and has supported teams and organizations in telecommunications, retail and IT through complex software projects. She prefers to work on projects that don’t follow the agile textbook: ones that have stalled or where responsibilities are unclear.

Her focus is on organizational and team development, coaching and delivery management, with Kanban, Scrum, Flight Levels and Lean Thinking as a methodological foundation. She regularly writes and speaks about these topics in trade publications and at conferences.
