The most scary part related to css happened to me recently, when I was trying to (finally) master it. I’ve stumbled upon this scary sentence in one of the countless css tutorials I’ve tried out:
Remember, even one small mistake will degrade or even break the layout, so be very careful!
To me, brittleness and smart technology do not go hand in hand. Something is terribly wrong with this picture, if I have to walk on egg shells when developing web sites.
