Clemens Vasters on REST/POX

Clemens Vasters essentially writes about the same topic as Sanjiva; the same comments of mine apply.
Attempts to abstract away the concept of URIs as the price of consolidating REST and SOAP are fundamentally ill-fated … POX is not REST.

Comments
If “SOAP is the backbone”, REST/POX is the eject button - it is laudable what MS is doing to make Indigo POX friendly. At least developers will have an eject button once they give up on building their “backbone”.
