Thin Client

Sean Gallagher writes about the Comet15, a stateless notebook integrating with Sun Ray servers. If I were an office drone, I’d find it hard to not agree with his conclusion:
And, I’ve got to admit, there’s something mighty attractive about a laptop that doesn’t need backups, runs silently, and has as much as eight hours of battery life. The Comet almost makes me want to have to use a thin client.
