XML Processing in Python

The State of Python-XML in 2004 by Oche Ogbuji is an excellent overview of XML processing libraries for Python. Sadly, there’s still doesn’t seem to be a decent (and up-to-date) SOAP implementation … How about it, Radovan — why not build one of top of an existing C++ stack?

Cool … it would be simply great to be able to build an enterprise level Web service including WSS and WS-RM and WS-YouNameIt in 10 lines of Python :-)
