Charles Betz has commented on an article of mine. Looking at his site, in turns out the topic is ERP for IT — an idea that I have been thinking about for quite some time:
This site is dedicated to the emerging subject of enterprise IT automation, otherwise called Enterprise Resource Planning for IT. This is not the automation of business process by IT; rather it is IT automating itself. If you are concerned with enterprise architecture, metadata, or configuration management - read on!
